INTENDED USE
The TB Rapid Test is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of Tuberculosis antibody in human serum or plasma
STORAGE
The pouched Cassette should be stored at temperature from 2-30°C in the sealed pouch before expiration date.

RF, INTENDED USE
The RF Gold Rapid Screen Test (RST) is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of total rheumatoid factors in human serum or plasma.
STORAGE
The pouched strip should be stored at room temperature (15-28°C) in the sealed pouch before expiration date.
SPECIMEN COLLECTION
Plasma
1. Have a certified phlebotomies collect whole blood into a purple, blue or green top collection tube (containing EDTA, citrate or heparin, respectively)by veinpuncture.
2. Separate the plasma by centrifugation.
3. Carefully withdraw the serum for testing or label and store it at 2-8 ~C for up to two weeks
Plasma may be frozen at-20°C for up to one year.
Serum
1. Have a certified phlebotomies collect whole blood into a red top collection tube(containing no anticoagulants) by veintuncture.
2. Allow the blood to clot.
3. Separate the serum by centrifugation.
4. Carefully withdraw the serum for testing or label and store it at 2-8°C for up to two weeks.
Serum may be frozen at -20°C for up to one year.
PROCAUTION
1. FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC USES ONLY.
2. All patient samples should be treated as if capable of transmitting diseases.
3. Do not interchange reagents form different lots or use test kit beyond expiration date.
4. Icteric, lipemic, hemolysed, heat treated and contaminated sera may cause erroneous results. ASSAY PROCEDUR
1. Add one drop of testing buffer (50ul) into sample well.
2. Observe the results in 10-15 minutes. Some positive results may be visible as soon as 1minute. However, to confirm negative results the complete reaction time of 15 minutes is required.

Sensitivity: 2ncu/ml.
Specificity: 99.7%

STORAGE AND STABILITY
1. Store at 4?C to 25?C in the sealed pouch up to the expiration date.
2. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
3. DO NOT FREEZE.
4. Preferably open the pouch only shortly before the test.

Result can be read within 5 minutes after testing.
